Dawn Hennessey is a Strategy360 Business Growth and Communication Strategist, where she works with small business owners and entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their business, improve time management, cash flow and team dynamics.
Dawn helps her clients by being curious and asking them the right questions. Through collaboration and brainstorming, they meet their short and long term business goals.
Prior to Strategy 360, for 17 years, Dawn owned and operated Jax Rx Inc, a medical device company located in Northeast Florida. She worked closely with health care professionals in various specialties providing clinical support and education. Dawn assisted their teams with ordering processes, providing clinical and customer service support and improved their clinical outcomes. She also interacted with various medical device companies, their customer service and billing departments with a focus on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their processes. Dawn thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to hone her sales skills, implement marketing and growth strategies while operating her small business.
Dawn lives in Jacksonville Beach, FL and is a native of South Florida. She attended University of Miami where she received a bachelors in Health Science and a Masters in Physical Therapy. She has 3 children, an Australian Shepherd and a Golden Retriever, and plays and sings in a band. In her free time, she spends as much time as possible with her family. She loves watching her kids play sports, enjoys singing and playing music, traveling, and being on the water.
